Comparing In-Person and Virtual Sponsorship
The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber has converted two of their large signature events to virtual formats for 2020. The below product sheets describe the original in-person sponsorship options and their digital counterparts.
Greenville-Pitt County Chamber’s (NC) hosts its Power Luncheons series on Zoom and typically have about 100 attendees. According to Kate Teel of the chamber, the chamber makes more per person on the virtual events than she did on the in-person ones, plus each participant gets a $10 gift card to a local restaurant serving take out.
The Lancaster Chamber (PA) has a virtual event lineup and charges for some of the events. Some paid events were moved from in-person to virtual and they have maintained a registration fee that is less than their in-person price.
